Stephanie has been in the transaction coordination business for 13 years and counting! She loves guiding a file from start to finish, ensuring everything is completed smoothly. One of her favorite aspects of her job is helping agents simplify the process, allowing them more time to focus on selling homes. Just when she thinks she’s seen it all, a new file always manages to surprise her!
Originally from New Mexico, Stephanie lived there until her sophomore year of high school, when she moved to St. George. She later met her husband at Dixie State, and they’ve been happily married for 24 years. Together, they have 5 kids and 2 puppies, and they love living in sunny Southern Utah.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading and getting lost in a good book. She also loves crocheting and knitting — learning new patterns or stitches, and then seeing the finished product, gives her a great sense of accomplishment. She’s always up for dancing, playing pickleball, or enjoying outdoor adventures. Spontaneity is her style — she doesn’t need a plan, just a good time!
