Dave loves real estate! Dave also loves helping his friends achieve the dream of home ownership. Dave began his career in early 1973 working for Terracor, which began building Bloomington in the late 60’s. I have worked in the real estate industry in St. George for 50 years. I love the process, and I love the people I work with. I am experienced in residential and commercial real estate.
I have helped develop subdivisions and projects throughout Washington County throughout my career.
I have served the real estate industry in many ways, including serving as board president. in 1991 and again in 2001. I have served on many committees at the local and state levels, learning all the different aspects of the industry. I earned the Realtor Emeritus status with the National Association of Realtors, serving over 40 years in the industry. I graduated from Leadership Dixie early in my career, gaining more knowledge of our wonderful community.
I met my wife and partner, Sharon Wright Weeks, in 1983, and together we have specialized in helping our customers and clients, serving their needs, and exceeding their expectations. Our business motto is “Guaranteed Results in Two Weeks!” Sharon and I together have six children who all still live and work in the St. George area.
Our association and knowledge of the St. George Community have benefited all those we have helped and worked with. We want our area to continue to grow responsibly, and we are proud of our small part in it.
Together with my wife, we have over 80 years of real estate experience in the Washington County area.
