Shania moved to Southern Utah nearly 10 years ago to attend college at Utah Tech, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in business. Shania has worked in the real estate and construction fields through the entirety of her time in St. George, from HOA and property management to eventually finding her fit as a licensed real estate agent in 2022. Shania has a wonderful little family that includes being a mother to two beautiful boys. Their off-time is filled with adventures! Shania’s family will always call Southern Utah home—a place where they can work, love, and play year-round!
